Wow, it's been a roller coaster since about 5pm last evening. Not going to share any details right now, because, it seems like things change on a dime!
Otherwise, today is a good day. I am tired, and ready for 5pm. I THINK Tara is having a sleep over tonight, but with these friends those things change at the last minute. My house is clean, so all I need to do is hit the store for some snacks and a movie or two if they are coming!
It is another beautiful day today, but I haven't been away from my desk for more than a minute or two.
I found another theme to blog about for Friday. This one is quick and easy, so I am going to add it to this post. This one can be found on the following site - Four Foods on Friday
#1. Waffles. Do you usually eat frozen or homemade?
Depends. I got a great waffle iron last year for my birthday, so if we want them on the weekends it's home made, otherwise frozen.
#2. Eggs. Do you buy brown, white, or it doesn’t matter?
I have always eaten white. I know they are the same on the inside, but but brown eggs just seem wrong!
#3. Oatmeal. Do you usually make instant or cooked?
Once again, both. If time is not an issue I make cooked, but for a quick breakfast instant will do (same with grits). I also had a great recipe for oatmeal in the crockpot. Only problem it smelled so good all night, I was starving when I got up!
#4. Bacon. Share instructions or a recipe that you use bacon in.
I usually just cook bacon in the skillet for my daughter - she LOVES it with grits. One of my favorite bacon meals is a good BLT. Nice fresh bread, roma tomatoes, bacon and some fresh basil, or a good Cobb Salad with crumbles of bacon, along with egg blue cheese, etc!

I never thought to use Roma tomatoes on my blt. Sounds like a great idea. I love the fresh tomatoes we get here in Indiana. I hope you will visit my entry for FFonF.
